How Will My Giving to the Generations
Membership Trust Be Administered?

Who manages the Catholic Foundation?

Your Membership Trust will, along with other Membership Trust funds, be pooled into a common Educational Endowment Fund. A voluntary Board of Directors, representing many fields of expertise and areas of the Archdiocese, will manage this fund. As Chairman of the Board of the Catholic Foundation Of Oklahoma, Inc., the Archbishop appoints the Board of Directors.

The day-to-day management team includes the Executive Director of the Foundation and the Director of the Business Office, which work together to keep the Board of Directors informed as to the progress of the investments in the Foundations Portfolio.

How are the endowment funds invested?

Participant's funds are invested by considering the objectives of the Foundation at the end of each quarterly review by its Investment Committee. Those participants receive4 a quarterly report on the performance accompanied by distribution of Quarterly income, unless the Foundation has been directed to retain the income in their account. All monies are invested through a pooled account utilizing the professional services of a bank trust department whose performance is reviewed quarterly.
